Windows: Open PC Control Panel>System and Security>Windows Defender Firewall>Advanced Settings>Outbound Rules, make sure File and Printer Sharing (LLMNR-UDP-Out/ NB-Datagram-Out/ NB-Name-Out) is enabled, and make sure the shared files can be accessed smoothly.
