What should I do if I can't connect to 4X Link?

1.Please check if your PC and VR headset are connected to the same WIFI network.

2. Please make sure the firewall on your PC allows 4X Link to transfer files, or you can try to turn off the firewall.

Windows:

Open PC Control Panel>System and Security>Windows Defender Firewall>Advanced Settings>Outbound Rules, make sure File and Printer Sharing (LLMNR-UDP-Out/ NB-Datagram-Out/ NB-Name-Out) is enabled, and make sure the shared files can be accessed smoothly.

MAC:

Open Settings>Network>Firewall>Options and make sure that file sharing is enabled by 4XVR to ensure that shared files can be accessed without problems.

3.You may need to temporarily close the PC security software or antivirus programs, or add 4XVR to the whitelist to ensure smooth transmission.
